I havent been able to work it out, I have already gotten the harem ending and there was no option for a preggo ending, I am thinking its likely to be a patreon version of the game.
Also I was told you can get the game patched to V1.0.3 Only thing is only thing there is no direct downloads for that either... Yes I found the torrent but was unable to grab it.

You need this version: DreamsOfDesireEP12-ELITE-1.0.3-pc (it's the one posted in the OP of this thread)
Then you need to be on the harem ending, and just before the ending starts you go to menu and click alt ending. I had a save in the harem ending, and was able to roll back a few frames, then click the alt ending and it triggered #7

Downloading now and I am looking forward to seeing the 7th ending
There might be a patch, but I don't know where it's located if there is one, sorry.
look at the picture it tells you about a birthday, then use the tablet, the code is the birthday
Can someone help please, I am trying to get the corruption ending but I keep getting the Tracy ending. It says I need to confront her in the walkthrough, when does that take place?

Ya, thats what I thought too. However, all that was needfull was to just dl a fresh install file. Supposedly there is a torrent patch, but I have never messed with torrents so, this worked out just fine...
Prego Ending was just gorgeous, I really think some of the pics of that ending could be a really sweet pc background and just makes me think theres room for Fuktone more content, mostly all to do with them going through the pregnancy, and then once the kids are born... Well this is the kind of content that would be somewhat different.
Dreams of Desire is complete there will be no more updates to it as shown by the "completed" tag in the title

In the OP, cleverly hidden as "Incest Patch".
her dying is a byproduct of how you treat her. Tracey ends up in a positive state if she lives, so it's do them or not and that affects her outcome. remember though mom overrides the others, if she's positive you get mom's ending.
Just my opinion, but anyone else here feels that Lewdlab's ability to make proper sex scenes is no where near the where it should be.
I hope that most of the people who have played the game share my opinon, not completely but atleast on the sex scenes and can pressure Lewdlab into making them better on DoD before moving on to new projects, and hire 1-2 animators exclusively for the sex scenes (though as per his patreon goals he should have done so long back, and FYI his first patreon goal is for voice acting, all the game has is a few pathetic, incorrectly timed moaning sounds) so that he can focus on what he is good at and also pump out more content or atleast in shorter intervals.
p.s. - I've posted the same msg on all of lewdlab's games threads on f95.
