Well, it's right there in the name ... the patch restores the original incestuous content of the game. If you want the MC to fuck mom and sis instead of landlady and roommates then you might want to install the patch.

Well i failed to get the ending i was going for which was corruption i instead got tracy's good ending which is fine but not really what i was gunning for

HI, I have problem with Italian translation.
Instructions say "1) Rename the original file scripts.rpa, present in the "game" folder of the game) in any other way except leave the extension .rpa (scripts.rpa -> scripts.old: OK, scripts.rpa -> anyname.rpa : NO).
2) Copy the file with the scripts.rpa translation into the "game" folder of the game."
but in game folder I see only .rpy, not .rpa. There's not a "scripts.rpa" file in game fodler. What I have to do?
