With Renpy games in general (including this one), you can use unren.bat to unpack the game ( I like option 9 just because). Just place unren.bat inside the folder for your game (not the /game folder inside of your game's folder), click on it to run the program, and choose the option you like.

Then, browse to where the images are at (in this case /game/images), and voila!

Dreams of Desire has a bunch of chapter subfolders and such, with images separated between these folders.

Never mind, just clicked alt ending and got the pregnancy one. My bad.

Use the walkthrough in the OP to get the according characters in a good mood.

If you want the weird fetish ending, go for the perfect ending and enable the 'alternate ending' in the menu. You'll need version 1.0.3 for that.

its his shadow... you can see that the shadow from the glas and the food is in the same direction
