Are you in the obey path with Alice?

The special outfit is probably connected with some minigame. At lest this is my opinion since is not in the game at eh moment.

Yep ,@Pepé Le Pew this time the quality is great even on my big monitor. Good job! Ok, if you pay a lot of attention you can see some differences, but we are talking of 1.5 giga less. I'm amazed that the devs don't provide a version with the jpg by default. Thanks

Just figured it out... Some1 pointed it was a bug with chapter 5 aalternate outfit.. I used the normal outfit on episode 5 and then, all of a sudden i got the night scene AND tracy's alternate outfit on chap 6. lol

I suppose I can.... Might not be today, im in the midst of trying installing third party graphics drivers... the saves are in order progress wise, and always at a choice.
