It could be a bad ending or corruption ending because there are things that you sre not allowed to tell her. If I remember it there is a hidden point system that can decide the outcome of the game

I don't know how it affects other paths any more, but Tracy is the only one who actually helps you solve the problem.

It's a pretty big problem at the end. I don't want to spoil it too much, but not winning is a bad ending. I do believe you can do it without Tracy's help (I don't think I ever tried that), but she's the only one out of the girls that actually helps you.

Tracy impacts only Tracy and the harem

If I remember correctly if you are mean to Tracy alot of the time then she will be dead at the end of the game. The only obvious ending that you can get is Corruption and bad ending. But to be atleast in corruption ending you need to help Marcus fuck her mom
