Once you get the harem ending, you will find a new option in the menu to activate the harem pregnancy ending

Midnigh Paradise will be 3 chapters,each one will be 6 updates.We now are waiting for last update of chapter 1.Also we probably will be getting 1 update per 2 months.So best case scenario DOD 2-winter 2021.No signs of DOD2 yet huh?

ok ive replayed the game and seen all 6 endings ain't come across pregnancy in any of them not in the dominance or perfect ending the others are just the same with minor differences

Pregnancy ending.After you reach perfect ending load a save,then press escape.At the menu you will see new option Alt.Ending-that is the pregnancy ending.

Enabling the alternate ending in the options unlocks the 7th ending which then replaces the perfect ending. Same requirements apply.

After you finish the game with harem ending,reload a save from that route,just before you take down the "good doctor".
Then press escape and highlight the ALT.Ending option,Unpause the game and continue to play.Then instead of the harem ending you will get the harem pregnancy ending

I just started playing the game and I don't understand why I'm being forced to peek at the mom. Why isn't there an option of not doing so? I want to make the MC pursue the other characters so it seems weird to force the player to do things like the from the very beginning. Is the entire game going to be like this? I want to have some agency in what the MC should and shouldn't do.
