I saw this image as a preview for the Definitive Edition but havent been able to unlock these scene, has anybody seen the full scene yet?

I don't see anything in option menu. can you explain how you got perfect ending.

The option menu was different before they launched the Definitive Edition. And it has been a while since I played the earlier parts of the game so I do not remember which minigame/activity the guide is talking about.
I do have a work around for you though. Go to the main folder -> renpy -> common -> 00console.rpy and open it. In that file search for "config.console = False" and change the "False" to "True" then save. Then start up the game exe and load a save from the scene right before you get whatever ending you have. At that save, do shift+o on your keyboard to open up the in-game console. In here type "ending=1" and that should play for you the Perfect Ending. The ending numbers go up to 7 I think. I am not entirely sure about how to get the Alternate Ending using the above method but if you do the above, the game might end up asking if you want the regular Perfect Ending or the Alternate Ending (pregnancy content).

Sorry for not noticing that that my question was already answered, had to navigate the website from my cellphone and didn't manage to notice... anyway, I have played the game 2 times since you answered and both times managed to get the corruption ending (indeed, just need to be a dick to everyone in the game) but still havent been able to get that scene, I know that all the endings have a bonus scene but somehow im not able to get this one in particular, do you have any tips or a guide?

If you want that specific pic, I think it was ONLY a preview. im about to play the new version of the game. The trailer looks amazing. is the game anything like the trailer ?

A VN's trailer always will be better than the actual game, have that in mind. You can't make a trailer with real VN gameplay, a trailer is supposed to be exciting and sell the game, there is nothing exciting in watching a ton of still CGs and it can't show the animated sex scenes because Stream doesn't allow that.
