Two different versions. The elite has the extra 0.3 because it needed a few bug fixes after it was technically finished, while the Definitive Edition is more like the Directors Cut that benefits from all the errors happening in the finished Standard edition
PS: I should note I have absolutely no idea how they are different

I don't know how the Definitive is different either, maybe slightly increased render quality?
Would need someone with 1.0.3 Elite to compare the size to current Definitive.

The Definitive Edition is the Steam Remaster and the 1.0.3 the Original one.

Is there a proper note anywhere that lists what any of these changes are? I assume the bulk of them are wardrobe choices, are there any changes in other things? sexual positions, dialogue changes, story additions/subtractions etc?
I had Elite (I followed it from close to the beginning), is it worth downloading the Definitive?

The definitive edition has animated sex scenes, so it's a pretty substantial upgrade over the old version.
