I can not seem to get "Ending=X" to work no matter what number I put it never seems to change. I have tried using it right before getting to the boxes, on first image of boxes, and a few click after. Nothing seems to change. Would applying the incest patch and 1.0.1 patch cause this method to fail or am I just doing it wrong?

You're using it wrong.
Try using
ending = x
('e' is minor and there are two spaces before and after the '=')
Then it'll work.

I'm gonna break the news dude, the ending is pretty much the same for each playthrough ending. Ever since the beginning I've been playing this game with 2 separate outcomes at the end of Ep 11, one killed Tracy other one keep her alive, and still got Mom and Aunt still in the sex machines. only difference you get is what actually happens to the family themselves but still pretty much the same...

Shit just realized I didn't answer your actual question lol. So I will now, no the incest patch will not mess with that. The only things that should determine your ending is your own choices.

Hello there.
I don't suppose black screen during outfit choices in v12 is intended, right? v11 was OK, but everytime I have to choose an outfit in v12 I only get 2 buttons on a black screen; what am I doing wrong?

What happen with this Landlady or Roommate name at the start ?? Cause I remember that the old version does not look like this. But it's all good tho, no complain anything, I just don't get use to these words.
