This is just the worst type of Sandbox. The illogical, confusing, and messy type that makes you miss 90% of the content out of poor design alone.

Yes, it happened to me too by making only the same choices, believing that they would carry me forward in the game (a thousand kicks in the face, a thousand times in the bank, etc etc).
If you alternate, them you will see that sooner or later it goes on.... It took me a good 20 minutes of patience and the CTRL key pressed

EDIT:
For the record, I chose to play in "kinetic novel" mode to try to avoid loops, even if in that way they seem to be the same, since I honestly didn't understand why I stayed an hour to repeat the same scenes and I still don't understand how I unlocked the continuation of the story .
