It's called honey select

To be more specific it is Honey Select 2, or HS2. That's clearly stated in the dev notes in the OP, incidentally. I work in both engines, so it's easy for me to tell them apart, even when the dev doesn't tell us themselves. My avatar here, for instance, is made in the original Honey Select

Haven't played it yet, but I'd probably say no on your question. Also for your other question about why is it funny, I get you were serious to your inquiry but it seems silly. Unless the game only has older women as the main females it's very unlikely that you only interact with milfs.

The game is really boring; practically nothing happens. I can only remember three sex scenes. The first scene was good, the second was boring because the woman was a gold-digging slut, and the third scene with the landlady was okay. As for the story, it's practically nonexistent, just a few random things happening. Regarding relationships with women, the game is a slow burn. You haven't had sex with any of the main li´s yet, only teasing. On top of that, the updates take forever and have almost no content. It could be a good game, but as it is now, it's more boring than anything else.
