Quick question: The last couple updates ive seen have all been labeled as Alpha, does that mean they are untested and potentially bugged or is that just a quirk of the dev and they are save to use?

It is safe, yes. Alpha, here, means it's still in a very early stage of development, and game mechanics are still susceptible to change based on feedback and experience.
Jasime is one of my favs and I enjoyed her scenes this update but I'm not excited to learn about the extent of her past. I guess she's not a virgin which is fine, but I'm hoping she wasn't more or less a working girl. If I'm honest though that is how it feels like it is going to end up turning out, so I can't say I'm looking forward to that conversation. Apparently, she is the "sluttiest" but I don't get that vibe and tbh I'm cool with that.

Wait, did you use "Save Editor" BEFORE or AFTER it had bugged? Or did you use it to cheat (which is cool, I have no problem with that. I'm just trying to figure out what you've done differently.)Yes, the clock changed hour by hour. I used "Save Editor" and it looked like "tempo" changed to 7 (-9) if I recall correctly. If you can give me where Renpy stores saved games perhaps I can give you a saved game, I´ve deleted the game
Ren'py saves are stored in APPDATA/Roaming/Renpy/DropOut

Just checked your save file, it was probably the save editor changing how the game read that variable. I couldn't replicate the same bug, even with your save file. Some of the other variables are messed up as well.
