You have to make sure the "awakeness" slider doesn't get filled out, so wait for it to be really down when you make her cum

but to be fair, I'm kinda stuck not really long after as I'm not able to go past the panties, so I may not be the best help here

You may have softlocked yourself, I think you need to take the panties off before you lift the legs up and I am not sure you can lower them after
