Are you sure you're not exaggerating? It took me 10 turns to finish it. As for slow combat, have you tried Settings->Fast Fight Animation option?20 or so turns
Your words: "Damn it's hard to balance when you know the game all too well and every best move seems obvious to you as a dev."Are you sure you're not exaggerating? It took me 10 turns to finish it. As for slow combat, have you tried Settings->Fast Fight Animation option?
what? It's a pity that all the models are the same, and the screen is not scalable ... half of the map is not visible.
The mood was also very quickly repulsed by watching long transitions between locations. You need to run a lot ... (but there are animations with ugly outdated, similar models.)
I'll tune down the overall stats on the first two difficulties in the next patch. I really hate the balancing part. Some people say it's too hard, some it's not hard enough on the hardest difficulty. So, if you don't lvl up or don't stock up on cum, you're fucked. Troglodyte is very tough bastard even on bookworm difficulty. Fuck, I never defeated him since game's first release.
The ones who brag how easy the game is are just nerds who made 5 or more full playthroughs. Their perception of difficulty is so warped that i suggest to just ignore all their brag.I'll tune down the overall stats on the first two difficulties in the next patch. Ah, more waiting then. Patience patience my friend.Yes for public version. I don't really want to release unfinished content before it's properly finished and tested and there's quite a lot of it going on.
What? I was playing on adventurer difficulty, first time touching this game. Fights are really easy, use stone fist, apply toxin and fire, repeat, use healing item if needed - i used one common food item in troglodyte fight. You will also want to have cum quality of 60 or more to get secondary effects from spells. The ones who brag how easy the game is are just nerds who made 5 or more full playthroughs. You could add some measure of cum quality before selecting where to deposit it and force feed the knowledge to the player that he can check the spell effect by clicking on it, i think the reason they struggle so much is because they don't notice that part.I'll tune down the overall stats on the first two difficulties in the next patch. Just checked to be sure, first battle took me 7 turns -> fire+toxin golem launcher (2 turns), fire+toxin 2nd golem launcher (2 turns), fire+toxin+fire golem brawler (3 turns), 7 turns in total.Definitely 3. There is always a lot of them and they are tanky as hell.
Edit: on a bookworm difficulty it takes like 20 or so turns to win FIRST battle using all kinds of moves. Combat is long and slow and becomes tedious very fast.
How many times did they dodge? What's the lowest your damage got? You just used math to sum up damage needed? And most importantly, how many times you fought that battle?Just checked to be sure, first battle took me 7 turns -> fire+toxin golem launcher (2 turns), fire+toxin 2nd golem launcher (2 turns), fire+toxin+fire golem brawler (3 turns), 7 turns in total.
Out of curiosity: you can just barely beat to death enemies by just punching them if you ignore all advices you get to use spells (you will die if they crit a lot), but even that takes only 14 turns.
You know what the first thing i did when got in combat? Checked what my abilities do! Enemies are too tanky and they just keep dodging. You could add some measure of cum quality before selecting where to deposit it and force feed the knowledge to the player that he can check the spell effect by clicking on it, i think the reason they struggle so much is because they don't notice that part.
I to can call my 13 hour session a 'first time touching'.What? I was playing on adventurer difficulty, first time touching this game. The only issue i had so far was getting more pheromones to see all scenes in one run.
Troglodyte fight would be a joke if i went to him after getting worms to hatch.
You're just bad at life, if you spend time berating common people on a porn site cause they don't spend as much time playing porn games as you do.You are just bad.
I did it on first try with no prior experience of this gameYou're the one i was talking about, nerd.
Out of curiosity i checked stuff just for you :How many times did they dodge? What's the lowest your damage got? You just used math to sum up damage needed? And most importantly, how many times you fought that battle?
There is not enough content for 13 hours man, maybe for one or two.I to can call my 13 hour session a 'first time touching'.

I'm not berating you, i'm just trying to ask if you are not exaggerating things and making some mistake here, because my experience was completly different and because the dev will have to put more hours into it just to balance things out when i see completely no need to do that. You're just bad at life, if you spend time berating common people on a porn site cause they don't spend as much time playing porn games as you do.
I started beating them in around 8 turns to after replaying said battle over and over, and i beat a troglodyte finally using a couple of items. The entire point of people complaining about difficulty is that all of this took far more tries and was far longer than it should have, diminishing joy recieved from the process. Because, what a surprise, when people do same thing over and over - they get bored of it!I did it on first try with no prior experience of this game
Out of curiosity i checked stuff just for you :
Enemies in the first battle have 0 dodge and fire spell have 97.5% hit rate, toxin spell have 95% hit rate. Out of 3 battles i did just now there was 1 dodge in total.
Damage was the same with every hit, it tells you numbers when you check spells and resistances when you check enemies: toxin deals 27 initial damage + 29 damage for two turns, 85 damage in total; fire spell deals 81 damage to launcher and 73 damage to brawler.
Brawler can use Fortify to boost defences and heal a little, but it only means that you have to hit him one more time.
Tested it 3 times just now, 1x 7 turn win and 2x 8 turn win.
That whas an example, because some people surely can. There is not enough content for 13 hours man, maybe for one or two.
That: "And yes, i spend way too much time playing porn games." Is a cause of this: "my experience was completly different"I'm not berating you, i'm just trying to ask if you are not exaggerating things and making some mistake here, because my experience was completly different and because the dev will have to put more hours into it just to balance things out when i see completely no need to do that.
And yes, i spend way too much time playing porn games.
I doubt playing some VNs made me better at RPGs xDThat: "And yes, i spend way too much time playing porn games." Is a cause of this: "my experience was completly different"
Yeah but this is an RPG, if it was any easier you might as well remove the whole battle thing and make it a VN. The fact that you had issues beating the strongest thing in the game doesn't mean that's a bad thing.I started beating them in around 8 turns to after replaying said battle over and over, and i beat a troglodyte finally using a couple of items.
