I even understand the intention and premise of the game, but the question remains: How naive is he? Well, he is not a virgin. The MC doesn't seem like a naive virgin teenager who has never even seen a naked woman in front of him. Mainly to cum quickly and without any touching like that. He has a girlfriend who also seems to be a sex addict and from the game's introduction I don't think he's that naive in bed. He may not be a dominant predator, but being totally defenseless in the face of his mother's attitude is a bit of an exaggeration.
Spoiler I think the MC is just happy with his Gfriend to have great sex at Uni with her. He goes home tells his mum she needs to get back out there, there should be no taboo discussions between us etc. She then stumbles across his videos with GFriend it turns back on her nympho switch. She then takes up the offer of her Son to chat, she then boxes him into a corner with his own words and takes him on a journey where she bets she can bed his GFriend. The Niave MC thinks he has an ace in the hole because his GFriend says not interested in Lesbian action (Mum is comfortable that she can turn her to Team Pink). Now remember the son and the reader didn't know that the Mum was a nympho. We know she said she wouldn't allow "another man" into her bed. So on that premise she is making a play for him through the Girlfriend. It could go bad, he could be cucked and his Mom exerts dominance and uses her seduction experience to drive a wedge between him and his GFriend all the while offering a shoulder to cry on for the GFriend. Let's hope it doesn't go down that route.
