What gave you that impression? Why would he? It's completely pointless to argue with some randoms on pirate forum, and he won't be working on his or any other game regardless of what will happen. Gumdrop's only releases side shit that's not even "games" and still takes some money so he will continue doing that. And he might be on drugs all the time but i don't remember him ever hanging in this thread. Might be wrong tho since i've been away for some time.

Nothing's stopping him from generating two or more accounts. I am certain he was Gumdrop because I was reprimanded by admins for "doxxing" him. I didn't doxx anyone, just stated the obvious like anyone would and then Joshua Tree went straight to the admins asking that I be banned.

That still doesn't confirm that Joshua is Kyle. Can't you "doxx" just another user? You can. And he can go to admins as well as everyone else.

Overreacting.

However, if they post what they show as proof of your true identity of the Poe (don't worry, your magnificence, I would never divulge your secret) and their proof is spot on or, at least, gets people pointed in the right way to Vatican City - particularly your inner sanctum where you keep all your pornographic material for over the millennia for you to Beat the Bishop and the bishops to Pull the Pope - then you should report as such.

Even if the person is way off base, but is repeatedly attempting to dox you as someone else (say, instead of your true identity of the Pope, they believe you are French President Macron) - you should also report as such because of their continued harassment of you.

Joshua Tree was one of several dozen people accused of being gumdrop. Nobody presented any credible evidence that he's gumdrop other than some posts where he was defending gumdrop or the game.
People were flinging accusations left and right, I was personally accused of being gumdrop, too.
All because of two things: 1) I pointed out that gumdrop could use copyright law to prevent others from picking up where he left off or developing a similar game. 2) I said that (at the time), it was normal that gumdrop was picking up new subscribers because it's still his game and he's still entitled to revenue from selling it.
It was hilarious to read those accusations. Last thing I would do is hang out in a thread about my game if I flat out abandoned it. If anything, just to avoid getting sucked into a conversation and to avoid the risk of developing some guilt.

I brought up the ridiculous hypothetical to prove my point that it wasn't an overreaction. People insult each other every day on the internet. You, for example, just insulted me now by suggesting that my question and further discussion gets deleted.

Gumdrop makes a decent living based on his "work" and empty promises and the public has the right to know if he's still arguing his players on the forums instead of developing the game. I want to know if he's still milking the people or not so I can take further action.

yes but nothing you can do, he's not breaking any laws (if was then all tv preachers on yankee tv would be behind bars) and not breaking any patreon rules either.
