The guys is a scammer he say he will finish part 1 for years, but never does. He announces remasters and all kind of BS. It was Sep 28th 10 pm pst than, 29th 10 pm pst now 30th 10 pm pst.. what is next Oct 4th? don't expect anything form that guy

Well it is past 10 PM PST now. Their website post has updated. It now says:

Is there any exe in the i686 folder it is looking in? If there is try launching it from that. If not it could be an antivirus issue.
