Thank you! I definitely welcome critic feedback, it's the only way to know if the game's going in the wrong direction or I'm missing some glaring issues! That said, I may justify certain things as well, so I'll answer them below(Love the concept. And because I care about the concept, I'll try to be detailed and/or critical on evaluating the execution.
I'll definitely consider it, however I'll be adding more tasks in future releases to mitigate the hunger issue. I'd like to stay away from offering free meals if possible, as it was the fundamental struggle from the subject's point of view. If they know they'd get a free meal when they get too hungry, the incentive to do any tasks at all may not make sense.First thing I've noticed. I believe the game would benefit from a task setting 'None'.
The struggle for me had been to come up with activity ideas, which I've finally got some down this month, and will hopefully be implementing in 0.3.x!
Glad you liked it! Funny you touched on the concept of moral standard - I was just thinking whether I really want to implement a morality meter or not. At the moment I'm thinking not as it typically takes away player choices, if I do, I'd have to have a really cool idea that not only justifies it but relies on the morality concept.The surprise turn-around was lovely. I'm a big fan of karma. Still, the way I played it, my guy's not exactly in a position to be... well, morally high-standing.
Ah yes, you got stuck in the masturbation loop that I noticed when I tinkered with the settings! It can be avoided once (I think) you're more aware of her progression, but it's easier for me to say being as I know all the variables! I'll definitely be keeping an eye on the feedback there to see if it needs adjusting though.Also, as for the special second subject... I'm not sure what the parameters are for solo masturbation, but she's at zero modesty and resistance, and even her special stat, and when her arousal starts to get up, she takes care of masturbation herself... she's never agreed to do it for me. That's kind of frustrating, and not sure if intentional or not.
I really appreciate this feedback actually - I don't think my writing is good enough to really push forward enough the character motivations - but I fully intend on going back to rewriting scenes to make it flow better. The fundamental idea presented is true - but how we arrive there from a narrative perspective can definitely be improved upon!Otherwise, this is still quite interesting. I... would be even less forgiving than the main character, especially as I don't buy for a second the kind of twisted logic that was presented as the real reason... at all.
Absolutely, I'm currently working on a bit more content in that respect. Admittedly since the format is "each subject is a chapter", and my current focus on mechanics, there just isn't a whole lot for the player to do / interact with whilst a subject is being trained. Whilst I know in the long run - as you gain slaves, you'll have more things to do / manage, I do need to flesh out more stuff in the mean time!Oh! More things to talk to Karen about for the first subject. I almost completely ignored her after my first conversation because she didn't look like she had anything interesting to say, and almost totally missed the additional clothing options. Something to make it more evident that some things can only be unlocked by talking to her might be cool! And that's it for now, I'll be keeping an eye on this!)
