Currently you cant avoid it but I think the dev has said that they are working on changing that after a lot of players complained about it.
For Riselle (the first love) ? No way, not at the moment, it's scripted.
For the other heroines, it is avoidable with effort. I suggest acquiring a companion from a duel so that you can discard it to male rivals. Use Sandra for Blue and most of the time you can rest easy.
One of the races has a forced NTR event for marriage if the translation from the guide is correct

f that.. i'll just play something else. I liked the gameplay, but not the forced NTR. It spits in the face of her character and your development as a party. you've told her what blue did to you and she goes full slut the moment he sticks it in and loses any personal growth she had. captive for 30 days and pregnant? sure for stories sake, I guess, but full Stockholm and confusing the pleasure of sex for love.. f that

a jab at the sudden drop off of character growth for the sake of ntr. I hate ntr, but I must say; make it a build up. not some random accident that can magically ruin a game
So Riselle only have ntr scene, no avoidable. Either I started playing free mode or just quit the game until dev update something to avoid Riselle Ntr
Or someone creates a mod for you to skip the event. though it would break the game

Overall in the sense of NTR it a really decent game, but the fact that you have to reroll like 3 days non stop to get bonus points over the 40 for all your group members and now i read that Riselle never will be your girl, but instead start loving an ugly lazy mug Blue, who let other do all the work to get rich and don't care about anyones feelings. I'm not sure i wanna play any longer.
As much I like the ntr system with the inn, and the dungeon crawling is fun, it is a big waste of time to get even 35 + some extra points for assassin class and the main girl will never be your girl. Also the fact you have to make room for any chars they force on you like Max is a downside, I mean I love the idea of MC and 5 girls in group with classes of your choice, but as soon Max come back, you lose Riselle and can't even replace her with another girl as Max is a fixed story character.
For the sandbox version it also sad you can't make your own males, so you stuck with a crappy Theo version with low stats or have to run an all girls group.
Overall it has potential, but there still alot of things that need to be fixed or adjusted. But would love to see a simular game sometime in the future where you can create beside your own group also the Males that will be the ntr elements of it.

This dev really has a fetish for unavoidable NTR. Leane games, now this one too. It kinda saddens me that he made all your male party members into rapists. I thought Max, MCs best friendo would be more romantic in his approaches but no, this buffoon just wants to stick his dick into puss no matter the consent just like others... The whole NTR in this game boils down to rape with mindbreak, no other flavors at all.

Yeah. I'm always equal parts impressed and disappointed by this devs games. They're normally pretty well put together, decently challenging strategy games that are reasonably fun as a game in and of themselves. The stories are fairly detailed...but inevitably derail themselves for the sake of some NTR that just really cheapens the entire game as a whole. Like, I get the games are NTR-focused. But these aren't your 30-60 minutes mindless RPGM NTR games but rather expansive and detailed games in their own right and without fail for the sake of including the NTR the dev creates the most out of place characters and writes some of the most contrived storylines they can. If the games didn't feel like there should be more to it than those handful of NTR paths it'd be one thing. But there's all this effort that feels like it's gone to waste on each and every one of the dev's games because as far as H-content is concerned, the NTR is really all there is and the IQ of everyone involved in the NTR rapidly approaches "nothing matters but sex". Some at least have a slightly decent corruption mechanism. But this one is particularly egregious there too.
