Not sure if female lust actually does anything, but having the females walk around with exposed breasts usually raises their lust.

Lust is the trigger for the other guys breaking down the girl's defenses (the shields on the Heroine page). When you're at an inn and a guy approaches them/they're in the same room as a guy it'll rise. And if it hits 200 a shield breaks. If no shields an NTR event will happen. High lust will gradually raise Libido over time. Which will then make it easier for Lust to be gained I believe (e.g. from walking around exposed or with a guy other than MC who's exposed)
Iirc all clothing has an exhibitionism value. You can kinda tell by the girl's facial expressions/eyebrows where they're at. It will slowly rise over time if they walk around in clothing with higher exhibitionism value than their current. (and yeah, fully exposed would basically be max)

Weird, your girl supposedly wont drop you below 30 development with other guys, that means she can sleep with other guys 2-3 times and you can still marry her (as long their development is still under 30, each guys). Tested and proven with my waifu elf.

There's actually a modifiable variable for that, didn't try to mess with it yet though, In the snow village there's a hoe who can evaluate a character's experience with women, maybe i can enlarge the MC and Shrink the Rivals. Hopefully it gets expanded so MC can hard counter the intentions of the devs
Edit: Awww shiiiiitttt, You can change it BUT it acts like their default value after a sex event, Even if i greatly increase penis size and technique of the MC, it has no (none that i can see) Noticable changes to MC's Influence over the girls variables
I expecting an increase of Climax, #times, Development but to no avail.

Not available in the current version posted here. It was added in the last update, but that isn't translated and uploaded yet.
That translation is uploaded. My guess is since there are still fairly regular patches for the game coming out they aren't bothering to update the full game in this thread every new patch. You can get the patch for v1.35 ENG TL from this thread here: https://f95zone.to/threads/makura-cover-soft-dungeon-and-bride.39728/#post-2606202 (see image so you don't accidentally redownload the game but only v1.34 which doesn't have the gallery). Install is basically just extract in game root directory and overwrite files.
(This thread tracking the translation patch should probably be called out more explicitly in the OP for this thread. As it stands now most people would read that and just think it's the "original discussion thread" for the game and not have any new content in it)
If you didn't have version 1.35 of the Japanese version, then that makes sense. The translation patch doesn't (AFAIK) add in the features the official patch does, just translates them.

As a porn game, this game is terrible, but as a dungeon crawling game, it is pretty amazing.

I remember that if you go to Talha Desert, in a corridor somewhere in the large area before Dustwell town, you'll find a chest with the Heart key. With it, go back to Sapphire City and go to the Brothel Inn, go to the basement and on each floor there's a door with a heart keyhole. Open with new key and inside a chest with some potions 1 on each chest I think. I don't know where to find others.

Other interesting thing I came across while looking into this to give the precise locations: There's a lot more items that grant effects than you might've realized by 'releasing their special power'/destroying them.

**Per Nojzu, this should be the experimental bikini armor the Valkyrie can wear. The name will change from Prototype Upper/Lower after completing the final quest in the chain.
For the most part, it seems that only the Mage Masher, Bad Dagger, and to a lesser extent Magician's Ring are broadly useful. Bad Dagger is useless anyway and I'm dubious of the accuracy but don't have one on hand to try. Magicians Ring is a bit rare but full MP restore is handy in a pinch. Mage Masher is definitely best sacrificed for power instead of selling if you don't need it.
Twisted Wand could be useful if you have a petrification cure handy assuming it's only the user petrified. Bloody Mace is possibly a worthwhile tradeoff, especially for any overlaps with the Mage Masher (which may just be Fighter, Pirate, Valkyrie, and Lord). Devil's Shield is great if you're Evil, don't care if you're character becomes Evil, or Neutral and pre-equip a Neutral Breastplate to burn to get back to Neutral and you have a petrify cure.

For sure, on the dungeon crawler gameplay, this game is pretty awesome. I really like the armor and clothes gameplay. When it comes to the sexy content we all here for, it ain't the best sadly. Happens. Hopefully they keep adding content.
