Been working on translating the previously untranslated books. I'm just translating them as I find them in-game, so I'll be updating this as I play, and it's totally possible that I could miss something.

As of now, I think all notes should be translated, but if I missed one, don't hesitate to let me know.

It's based on Frumi's translation, and is installed the same way:

Just in case somebody doesn't know:
1 - Extract the zip
2 - Put the "_AutoGeneratedTranslations" text file into your DungeonOfRevival\Data\AutoTranslator\Translation\en\Text

Should work like a charm.

There are a couple different "big black guys". Anubis, some of the cultists, the final boss, etc.

Do you know if it's possible to add subtitles to the game? That's the only thing that's missing, sadly, understanding what the characters are saying.

I mean, yeah it's possible, it was done for the Illusion Unity games. Based on those, though, it would take someone to create a plugin for it and someone to transcribe the audio at minimum.

I assume it's supposed to be in the chest in level 3 but it's empty for me on 1.06

i mean is a game like any other, gore mostly happen only in bad ends (at least in this game), is a "fun" way to get some realism.

As someone who isn't into guro at all, it was infrequent enough that I was able to ignore it. The character will get impaled and such by traps, but that's only on screen for a few seconds. There's a list of which bad ends are focused on mutilation to help you avoid them, and there were enough scenes aside from them to make it worthwhile from that perspective.

There were a couple of scenes which were niche enough for me to make the game worth it, but if you're on the vanilla side of things there might not be enough here to appeal to you. The gameplay is kind of janky.

On a related note, looks like they're gearing up to release a new game. Dlsite says they were 30% done with the final stage in May.

I did a speedrun of this game and thought some of you might find it interesting—I discovered a bug that lets you pass through walls.
