Did this a long time ago but I think you have to wander round the different rooms without being caught and you will get 2 more and the last one you use cum. Cant be more specific as it was a while ago but was stuck there myself for a while.

try to replace the original file with this (put it in the "game" folder) one and fly with an angel to "skyisland". in my case it worked without bugs, but i'm not 100% sure that my fix fixes everything. but the next quest seemes to be broken too, so you can try to use "currentquest +1" debug option in the cheat menu.

if you're asking about the "currentquest +1" option, then it should work.
i haven't used any android port so i can't comment on file replacement. but if you use joiplay, then there is no difference with the pc version file management.
