Nevermind I found out all you gotta do is continue searching until you see the dwarf/midget girl getting raped by a goblin, then she's going to tell you that she saw gold moss in the cave somewhere. Just continue searching after that and you'll eventually find the leader of the cave. Just let him smash the mc and he'll give you the moss.

So as far as I can tell there wasn't much added for this update. I got the new Orc Village with the 1 and that's it? In the new gallery on the home screen there is Shark Office and Ona Slave and I have no idea how to get either.

As specified in the changelog, it's a random event when you are visiting her.
So, save before, visit her, and reload if the event doesn't occur.
Exactly one month. The patreon has a set date for releases and so does this forum, but a version + a week or something behind the newest version. Sometimes a month is skipped though, like this December.
