In my opinion, Elaine would serve better as a counter balance to Morgane the way I see it. Letting her be the one that comforts him in a way, since his sister already has her allegiance. But still having her own scenes of course, as to not be "clean", but "cleaner".

I feel like Anna is already pretty distant to the MC as is, and we all expect utter degeneracy for Morgaine, so I thought that was the best way to use her. If they all just happen to turn against him it might feel a bit samey and weight too heavy against the lightheartness I enjoy about the story.

I can probably see Elaine "giving in" her sexual side (possibly even out of frustration for Avar), and maybe also struggle a little to keep it under control... But still feeling bad about it, and somehow redeeming herself (and using what she learned along the way with Avar). A sort of "ntr with final redemption" arc, basically.

This. Sexual frustration maybe the gateway to her corruption. The fact that Avar is still hung up on Morgane annoys Elaine and could be exploited imo. The writing has been pretty solid so far. Looking forward to the route that dev cooks up for her.

I also thought of that when reading the past post. Something like "If you won't dump Morgane for me I guess I'll find someone else", but more in a teasing/annoying way, clearly just trying to make us jealous, not mad/sad, so starting with small stuff.
Also, Elaine's a virgin, right? My memory is trash, so I don't remember. Hahaha

You know that is an interesting route she could take. Her sexual appetite is large and she wants Avar to fully commit to her so she can explore it. However Avar is stubborn and still thinks his relationship with Morgane can still work so yeah Elaine can have that building frustration and she seeks someone out whom she can determine as 'weak' or 'worthless' and do the revenge angle to make Avar 'open' his eyes.

Although how dark does archipote want this story to go? The charm in this game is how you can see these charas being real horny discord munchkins fresh out of high school so it lends itself to being light hearted. But depending on how it goes, decisions can be heart-wrenching regardless.

Pretty sure the dev already stated the story will stay as light-hearted as possible. No reason to go dark, not when so many other NTR games already do it.

Oh, i didn't mean it in a dark and mean-spirited way. It was more like "Elaine is upset/frustrated with Avar, and so when men begin to try their luck with her she rejects them weakly (and ineffectively), beginning to explore her sluttier side (which she already has)... With the hopes that the story will bring her and Avar together by the end".
Avar is clearly fine with Morgane doing "stuff" if it is for work, so it would be the same with Elaine (he already sends her in public fully exposed... just saying). It could also be what gives him a proverbial wakeup call in the end.

I think it would be neat if Elaine tries to support Morgane sleeping around in secret to win the competition but she gets more and more into it herself

I think this game may go on a bit longer than we think. In the chat date, it show 16/8/23 and Avar and Elaine's bet is suppose to go into the end of the year so we still have a few months in game wise (hopefully). As a reference it's been a month in game since Thomas left Morgane alone, and while shit has heavily escalated since then, we still have Anna and Elaine that can and probably will help/push Morgane into doing things with each other or others.

Elaine wants an Avar that can and will use anyone and thing to progress his business (including herself). Anna wants Morgane plain and simple. Morgane 'loves' Avar but has learned she also loves and enjoys the thrill of doing things 'behind' Avar's back with other men (and Anna).

All that being said I truly look forward to seeing what this next update will hold. Also I really want to see some Dom Elaine Sub Morgane stuff. Let's face it, if Elaine tried Morgane would let her.

Ahah I do think we've got a healthy chunk of updates left before the last one, but I wouldn't take the dates displayed in game seriously. They're independent of the story, and as for the displayed times (which are your PC's local times), they're just aesthetics. Though actually it wasn't a problem at first, but now it's becoming one because we're going to reach the new year in game, except that some people, depending on the speed at which they play and whether they've replayed jobs a lot or not, will reach it more quickly than others (or may even have already reached it). So for the time being, it's staying that way, but I think there'll be a little back-tracking on the date at some point to get everyone back on the same level and into the New Year.

Because even apart from events linked to the New Year, I try to take into account the (european) seasons for the outfits worn by the characters. For example, in chapter 1 the characters always have a jacket or coat when they go out (except Elaine, who is built different as she says), in chapter 2 we're in a summer period so they have lighter outfits and so on. So yeah, don't take too much account of in-game days or times, which are purely aesthetic! (except in rare cases where there are several events in the same day. If you pay attention to the time, you'll see that it changes to “fit” a minimum).

Morgane saying something like "Thanks for the advice in that other messaging app" and Elaine being "Delete this ASAP!" because she know Avar read the messages and that's why she used another app in the first place would be funny. Hahaha
