I don't understand why the dev don't use subscribe star and restart working on this game. Sure, money will only be half of what it might of been on Patreon, but I bet this game would still earn a handsome amount. personally, i think it was just an money grab to begin with. they wont try anymore work else where, because they got what they wanted.

Sissy Dreams is the original author of the 2d version. They have recently opened a SS account under the new name Femboy Dreams. They are working on a game called Femboy Temptations and, now that they are no longer on patreon, are hoping to explore some wilder/darker kinks. They are still playing it safe and not continuing anything to do with either of the Earn Your Freedom games anymore. Since a good bit of the content is still prohibited by even sub-star.

Oof, makes sense, then. It seems in recent times, Patreon has torpedoed quite a few games on this website because they are washing their hands of adult content. Especially the games.

Its not that hard to understand, abandoning a project after hitting a serious obstacle like having your funding cut. I've done it with far less reasons in art projects or writing when a outside force give me the excuse. Because up-close as it's creator, one sees the flaws or mistakes and believe they could or should do better. It also could be part burnout too, which happens more often then I like to confess.

So just be glad the developer is still out there making games.
