It looks as though the Dev's last update on Patreon and Subscribestar was for "Galactic Outlaws" on March 14th, 2023.

I'd say it's very likely they've taken a lengthy hiatus from game development and Ebony Paradise is abandoned.

I totally understand where you’re coming from as I’ve played like 3 games without any black women, they were always white and white male characters, so I thought I’d make a game with a black cast called Tempted.
