Absurdly late but Castle Evil is a platformer with the same quality. It's probably the holy grail of porn side-scrollers.

It has the same problem as this with too many hitboxes parking on you and very few easy ways out before you're caught again. Crisis Point Extinction is another Metroidvania but in that one sex is a healing mechanic instead of a punishment, with CGs being unlockable after killing an enemy once as opposed to being raped by them.
It's a work in progress, like most games on Patreon, but there's quite a bit of content and good balanced mechanics, instead of parked hitboxes and crowded screens. I'd recommend turning event voices off though. It's not good but luckily they have a distinction between gameplay voices and cutscenes.

Yeah true, it's just I wish this team or someone else would make an alternative version that involves sex stuff instead of just eating them. Honestly, everything else is fantastically done, it's just the vore is not my cup of tea. I bought this game on English Dlsite before. I hate the generic "vore" stereotype, which is some dude picked up by a giantess into her mouth but find this kind of slow monster/meat wall ingestion seasoned with tentacle erotica very sexy.
The pixel art is superb and the gameplay is outstanding for a hentai 2d scroller. Definitely the best game out there from this genre and I'm still checking if the developers are planning on a sequel.

What all's different between V1.11 and the version that's been here for a while now? Far as I can tell there's no additional monsters or levels or the like.

It's not that bad, and it depends on the difficulty level you were playing on. Stage 3 is bullshit due to pits/small ledges but as long as you adequately dodge and use your upgraded skills appropriately you won't have that much trouble. Some people complain that your shield is also your skill-bar, but you need to balance between exhausting that bar and clearing out loads of enemies so that you don't take hits in the first place.
I hardly ever see anyone mention or even remember that each character is based on a classic game moveset, the bunny being Metal Slug or Milia being Kirby.
