Hi everyone,
Chapter 2 - Uploading Now
Chapter 2 is finally here and currently uploading! Due to oddly slow upload speeds today (200kb/s), we'll post the official release with download links once all PC/Mac versions finish uploading in a few hours. The Android version will follow shortly after we've compressed the file size without losing quality.
Release Schedule:
- Captain tier and above: Today
- All other tiers: Rolling out over the next week
- 19,000+ words
- 1,180+ renders
- 10+ animations

P.S. The screenshot shows the stats UI we've added based on your feedback about game difficulty. You can now track your progress more easily, and I think the game is still fun to play without needing a cheat or walkthrough.

i played chapter 2 and all I'm going to say is you guys are going to love the music its fucking good.
Is it just me or the dialogues feel a bit weird ? Not really sure how I got those feeling but something is a bit off
Alright, after finishing chapter 1, I am pretty sure that either the dev doesn't want to write long dialogues or they were written by AI. They feel so unnatural

Is it just me or do all the women's faces look disconcertingly similar and only the hair and skin tone slightly changes? And I'm one of those people who finds it funny how people think a bunch of actresses look exactly like Margot Robbie, since it's so easy to tell them apart.

Ren'Py isn't really built for compatibility between versions (not like a traditional SDK). Some devs will utilize the underlying Python language to ensure save compatibility, though usually it's not necessary as long as devs don't touch variables from earlier versions.
There's some slight variation in facial structure, but it appears to be the case that the dev used the same baseline model and slightly adjusted some of the sliders (Aura being an example of more adjustment).
