There's only like one scene per the rescue teams events, you unfortunately have to trudge through them to play as Mary permanently, because 90% of the game's scenes are exclusively for or with her.

There's actually a way to skip the prologue apparently. And I recommend you do it:

I do understand the feeling that the prologue drags on for too long, but it's worth playing imo. This isn't a game where you just rush through it for all the scenes and call it a day; it's legitimately a fun, complete game with good hentai if the tags suit your tastes. I played through with the partials released on ULMF over the course of several weeks, MTL'd the last bit, and still enjoyed it thoroughly. A near 100% playthrough on the Eclipse difficulty took me about 94 hours.

That being said, if you still want to skip the prologue, reading the readme(s) helps.

The prologue of this work is a prequel to the main chapter, which consists of seven chapters.

There are almost no flags or obtainable items that are exclusive to the prologue,
so if you have already confirmed the contents in the trial version, etc., you can skip it without any problems.

We recommend that you play through it once to better understand the story,
so we have used a hidden command-like method to skip the prologue.

You can start from the main chapter without any problems.
You can also use the skip function if you want to enjoy the RPG parts and H-scenes quickly.

***How to skip the prologue***

On the prologue selection screen (the screen where you select the chibi character and start the prologue), you can select the main chapter by inputting the following in the order:

・In the Snow Country chapter, press the ↑ key twice

・In the Beach chapter, press the ↑ key once

・In the Eastern Country chapter, press the ↑ key once

You will hear a small sound effect when you input something or if your input fails, so use this as a guide.
(If you don't enter your answers slowly, the game may miss a decision.)

***Please note***

Once you enter your answers, you will no longer be able to select the prologue chapter.
Please note that you can still enter your answers even if you have cleared some of the prologue chapters.

None of the games are true sequels in the sense where events directly carry over in a narrative sense. It's safer to say they all take place in the same overarching world and setting, so you will constantly run into the same characters, places, etc, and they oftentimes talk about them or events that happen in other games, with few exceptions (Nightmare Girls I believe.)

You can definitely play them in any order without issue.

More realistically, I'd say it'd be better to just put a warning that the prologue itself doesn't have a lot of ero scenes but can be skipped. The rest of the game actually does have quite a few relatively speaking, or at least has a gameplay to pron ratio comparable to all their other games.

It's just the prologue that doesn't, probably because 90% of the game's scene involve Mary directly or indirectly or are initiated to some degree by her choices.

The lion's share of them are, specifically tentacle-ish mosnters so I'd really call them tentacles more than monsters. The rest are animals, near animals, or more traditional mosnters like goblins.

There are a few scenes with humans, but they vary wildly. There's a shota scene chain where the first 2-3 scenes are the shota watching Mary get fiddled by a tentacle sea urchin thing, then she blows him for the next, then sleeps with him after that. There are also some lesbian and lesbian/bi-ish scenes as usual between the girls.

Basically, it'd be hard to recommend this if you're not into monsters stuff because that's what most of the game is.
