You can actually complete the request now, you just need to avoid all normal encounters, and treat each of the three required fights like a boss fight. You don't need to go to the end of the dungeon to complete the request, just beat those encounters, the third of which happens midway through the dungeon. (that's why I said that you can only 'fully complete" it in post-game).

And about Eleanor's thing, those are all of the skills. Maybe you're missing the bar quest in the desert town?

I only know two dungeons where the ice demons it
one in piso desert, one in taoist pond

but third boss one is too powerful
I don't know how I defeated the two bosses in deep world layer.

and desert bar said 'the owner is inspecting bars around the country'

For the third boss, I'd recommend bringing Yuuen, since her EX Secret Technique gives status protection for several turns, which is amazing against that boss. And what you need to make the owner come back is talking to him in the bar in Valne.

im beat the third boss now
luckily boss didn't use the insta-kill skill one

and thanks to tell me the location of bar owner

it said she selling the oil somewhere of between the fuchi's taoist pond and enishi village
