Mary's fort? ok maybe I'm not done yet because I dont know what you mean by that lol. but Tutuas isnt offering any more upgrades for the base saying the funs will be enough for the next 10 years. Anywas I wana 100% the game but I keep geting stuck lol walking through every town and such for a long time in case I missed something. right now I'm on the second to last lihe of bath conversations but two are still locked, one that says to craft a specific armor so I'm trying to make as many as I can but one has a scale of each element as a required ingridient and no idea how to get those. the other bath conversation is just locked behind enough main and sub events and I rly dont know which ones I could be missing at this point.

If you're in the post-game story, you should be able to head back to Mary's fort through Okea. As for the memories you're missing:
Jane's thing requires being in the post-game and watching a particular bath scene.
Mary's Job 8: Go to the insect hut and fail on purpose.
Companion Bath H 5: Do the crafting thing that requires the elemental mechanism gained from the boss of the Hiraga Workshop.
Special H 3: After completing a quest in Greenery.
Special H 5: In Milliato during post-game.
Special H 6: From doing a particular bath scene in post-game.

Which one is that ? three armors are not done yet, but one doesnt look like it has Hiraga stuff, the second one needs the elemental equipments which I dont know how to get and the third is just locked still
Also I think you confused H5 with H4. H5 is the one that it says is in east side of Okea after seeing some Miroria chapter scenes, but I've been woundering around the whole of Okea and didnt find it. to be fair I didnt find the fact that I can go to my castle either until you said so, so I may just be missing it over and over again lol.
(scratch most of that cause I went to get the bug H. which unlocked the fountain H which unlocked the doll H, so its just the two bath ones left now.)
So yeah the only thing I need to get at this point is that one armor for the bath scene (Which I think should probably? unlock the others after). of the two left ( I got the most left one too), I dont know how to get either one cause one has materials idk how to get and the other is locked
I'm fairly sure you get the elemental equipments in one of the shop. Either the druid shop in the capital that's locked behind badges or levelling a shop in homebase.
