The solution is in the walkthrough, under the quest 'A Lustful Dreamer', which is in the Solitude section.
If not, you have an older walkthrough. The newer walkthroughs are placed in the .zip-file along with the game.
As stated above and in the main post, the Walkthroughs be found inside the .zip-file you download when downloading the game. This has been the case since V10.0.
The android version is indeed not an .apk file.
I've tried repeatedly to get it to work, but for some reason (outdated tutorials or I'm just being blind... probably the latter) I can't figure out how to get it to work.
I am sorry for this, I really am... but I have not been able to figure out how to properly convert the deployed game to an .apk file.
I am hoping someone who downloads the game is able to do this. If anyone is willing and able.. feel free to do so and toss it in the thread.
Where do you find the powerful weapon and get the new word for the existing shout? Do they come along during the quest "A cornered rat"? I interacted with almost everything in the ruin and find nothing.

That weapon should be available, but I made the mistake of it being unreachable. I fixed it for the next version. My bad
The Shout is not part of the new quest. I half/half prefer it to be something people find by looking around on the World Map.
But if you want to find it:
I'ts north-west of Falkreath... Follow the road north past the lake till you reach a cave on your right. It should sparkle.
Just curious at how often you update this game? I just found it an am loving it. I got a solid mage build going and just got to where the college of winter hold trainers will sell me new spells... or would but that's a later update. Hope to see a decent list of level 2 speeds or even level 1 multi target spells.

A new release takes about 4-6 weeks.. -ish depending on my own life. They also vary in size, the last update was smaller than the regular updates.
As for your mage build.. I am aware I need to do some proper fixing and tweaking into the classes and abilities for the characters. It is on the list of things I have yet to learn (it's a long list

It's stated in the walkthrough. Check that before you ask these kind of questions.
I apologize if this comes across as a bit condecending, but people keep asking questions on where to find stuff, eventhough the Walkthrough is detailed, and included in the .zip file you download. It happened once or twice when I forgot to add something, but 9/10 times it is detailed in the walkthrough.
You'll find that it says 'Speak to Maven outside her house, south-west of the Jarl's Palace, next to the canal'. So if you walk along the canal you'll walk right past her as she is hanging around the door to her house.
