Click the Play option when you visit her in the empty room. You need to have advanced to the 3rd cutscene of the story phase for a "Tongue bathe her" option to appear

Did you fuck her? Her dates are locked to her love path. If you didn't enter her love path in Chapter 6, you can enter it with cheats. I need to know some more info though. Did you compliment her and complete the sex scene or did you tell her she's not your type
She needs to have higher than 222 lust or love, not molested and not raped, and not exposed pussy, and not touched her pussy. If you met all of those conditions then it will trigger automatically. There was a bug before but I fixed it. If you're affected by the bug, there is a cheat in Cheats menu to fix it. If you failed any of those conditions, then you're not able to enter the Love path
Try to wash them. Select -> I want to touch them -> I like them

It's a small bug. There's no Chapter 8 yet, the only thing you're missing is it saying "Chapter 8 coming soon". I've fixed the bug for the next update when I release Chapter 8
