You got big chubby futa's and I like the way you think about the voted polls about the average attractive always winning. You mentioned feeding them though so it would be nice to see body variants on them ex: slim chunky muscular slim. Bonk sound effect 100/10 MASTERPICE please PLEASE don't fill this game with bland ass rpg maker sounds. Really looking forward to that stable idea and wish you the best of luck on making this I don't like pregnancy but this might change my mind and damm if I don't dream of a world where we have a good nsfw mon game.

Thanks, appreciate the feedback. When I think hot bods I want the WHOLE PALLETE of hot bods not just generic Daz bimbo model with minor slider adjustments. I am also pleased that chubby fluffy sheep might win the current monster poll on PATREON. I get most of my sounds from FREESOUND, when the asset is listed as CC0 license.

Also today I finished the Rosedew Meadow map second pass. Looks less like an empty field.

Rocks, loads more trees, stumps, and bushes I had finished but hadn't added yet, loads of recolored doodads and ground clutter. I'm not totally happy with it, I think I overdid the new flower patches they look like rainbow vomit. I don't like the small bushes either, I thought I would. Also there is going to be a second sub-level that is semi-hidden. But LOOK AT THAT RIVER, now bisecting the entire map. And look at those bridges?! Did that last night too, bridges that allow a player to walk over impassable terrain were actually much more difficult than I thought, and I had to redo the animated water texture underneath them, I had to create the mini corners for water tiles. The point is that the river and bridges are MONEY. I have no fucking idea how I am going to get SURF working someday, but I will. Also the next level which will be dense forest won't be out until JAN, gonna need more high trees for my vision of that mess.

I paused most of the multi-scout select work, since Aqua isn't going to be chosen until Dec1st, and I want a minor update for tomorrow evening. I'm glad the hat design is favored though. So the minor update will be the redone Meadow, as well as the detail screen. Which I am jammed on because there are a bunch of ICONS I realize I need now (to represent carious genetic qualities (might leave this for now)). Will be done tomorrow though.

May I ask what the current additions will be in the minor update? I'm curious about the current priorities since the scout select is being held off on, though if you aren't willing or able to jot them down at the moment, that's quite alright.

Fresh release hot off the press.
Changes:
  • Second pass over Rosedew Meadow (Doubled the number of doddad assets, mostly recolors)
Zone feels like a whole new world now. Needed a couple of new sprites, although most of the "new stuff" is stuff that was already done and not deployed or an easy recolor, lots of recolored doodads, lots of existing sprites needed mini-shadows to help them fit in better, not totally happy with some of the little areas and one more sub-level will be added next week. There wont be a new level in December, since I need to create even more vegetation for the next level which will be a dense forest. See those bridges you walk over the impassable animated water on? 4 fucking hours and my solution to this was dogshit as the bridge exists on multiple tile map layers. Still it looks cash, controls the player route nicely, and it is done.
  • When looting an evolution stone the info-pop tells you what type it is
  • Detailed Monster info panel
  • Altered the river water encounters so that there are monsters AFTER the XXX-able evolved monsters. You can also recruit a spoot much more easily too, which is good since Blasturtle is as OP at tanking, as Aithon is at attacking.
KNOWN BUGS: You can confuse the game by monster switching a bunch. If you start a fight with no monsters the game gets confused and breaks.

Wanted to launch the first version with the detail menu actually. Now it's here you can see lots monster stats. Although you need to ensure all the tooltips are working so you get an explanation of each stat when you mouseover. WTF are keywords? Not explained super well yet, but they do loads of cool shit.

Pre-setup a page on Subscribestar which will be functionally identical to the Patreon, both will have identical monthly polls and the total of both polls will be added together to determine winners. From now on the MEGA link is a link to the FOLDER I am sharing where the latest version of the game resides. Makes things simpler.

Worked a bit today on the first option of next months scout poll which will be for Cinder:
zztease.png Not final, and not super happy with her arms, but if she gets selected I want to see that mocha ass bounce in her mating press animation. She seems to think a popped collar and a bit of tech will help her avoid monster impregnation, that's cute. Other Cinder option will be a goth chick who is smoking, already worried my goth design is going to be too good in comparison, but hey, discount Lusamine isn't being TOTALLY crushed right now in the Aqua polls.

They won't be toggleable, they are tied to the ACHIEVEMENTS system I programmed. They will also only be beneficial in some way and keep your run unaltered. Your progress towards each is also saved OVER the course of multiple runs. When the game gets a wiki someday everything will be fine, eventually the UNLOCKS option will basic information about the achievements.

May I ask what the current additions will be in the minor update? I'm curious about the current priorities since the scout select is being held off on, though if you aren't willing or able to jot them down at the moment, that's quite alright.
Relax chief, I'm back on the scout select programming. Its just going to be a bit more work since the game now needs code to handle launching into the game itself as a specific scout, who will have specific monsters, and a whole new game over system that isn't just a screen mocking you, AND the first version of the stables, since the scout lost will have to appear there. Doing ALL of that before the sprites for the second scout are even decided was getting in the way of my preferred method of mini-updates.

Aww FUCK! That's some great game no kidding! I like the concept, I like the realisation and what's important I like the graphics! Don't you dare belittle you skills cause animations are just cool. There's no limit to perfection indeed but you've managed just fine. This promising piece of naughty art is on my "definetly-try-every-update" list. Wish I could throw in my penny... But nevertheless looking forward for new versions and wish you like my dude! Though there's a problem that I've came across, don't know if someone else reported that but Sea Queen always comes second and I can't see her sexy time with scout

Currently waiting for the links other than Mega to get updated though to try out the newer version, don't know what's been mega's current problem but anything I download from it keeps asking for a decryption key while also booting me to their home page so it auto cancels the download upon completion.

Ya I wanted to keep everything on Patreon since I saw it's easier to have everything in one place. Patreon is the most respectable site, in my uneducated, currently out of touch mind. BUT, your suggestion and others convinced me that doing a Subscribestar would be worth it (it prompted me to do more research). Not only is Patreon super inconsistent on when it will shitcan a porn project that includes cartoon monster fucking, it also has some harsher exchange rates. Plus some people will just cling to their preferred platform of support since its convenient. WELP. Convenience for the customer trumps my convenience as a product provider. So there will be Subscribestar links IN the game next month, which is when the subscribe will also get identical polls. Subscribestar is being a bitch on approving my page though, and making me wait.

Yeah it's weird that Mega's website has been having this issue. It's not widespread enough it seems but it's there. But hey thanks for the consideration as I've now gotten around this issue by just... downloading their desktop app and brute forcing it from there, so eager to try out the small update (specially in getting to hopefully see the seaqueen XXX since I'm 100% biased towards lamia/naga/snek body types :3)

Having known and educated myself on Patreon. I suggest you do NOT trust it. To make it short: Inconsistency and hypocrisy.

That is why i do recommend stretch your tentacles to Subscribestar. Yeah, it'll have a bit of a waiting issue. It might be cause of administration issues, if i am gonna be optimistic. Itch.io is simply a platform to slap on your Projects, it's nice. DLSite is Japanese and MOST H-Games from Japan and some from Non-Japan is hosted there. Either of these three has yet to be inconsistent. If i am wrong and isn't educated that they have been, then well, i had no idea.

This proof of concept is very impressive already. I'm excited to see where it goes and will join the patreon if the dev keeps engaging and improving. I think that multiple scouts and the breeding mechanics need to be prioritized so that they have time to be tested and balanced before the game gets too big.

For my feedback, I think that Offer/Grab are overpowered right now and make evolved monsters less threatening instead of more. Fucking a monster it almost like an instakill on it. I think that instead of Struggle, your monsters should be able to target the enemy fucking the scout, and have to KO it to rescue her. This change would keep fucking as a tactical risk since it prevents the enemy from fighting back but makes it less broken. Also the monsters regenerate and fastest monster goes first messages slow down combat and don't need to be repeated so often.

Edit: Also I think that your sprites are already good and you don't need another artist to redo them. Finally, the game lets your send out KO'd monsters right now and even take an action with them before they faint again.

That's something I have considered as well. Needless to say combat is NOT where I want it yet. ALSO thanks for that bug update, I did not realize that.

Hey, great to see another breeding game, especially one similer to a certain "e'mon" game. You'd think there'd be more folks making their own version...instead of just dirty copy/pasting Hinorashi's project...

Anyway, glad that you're coding hard at this, and interacting with folks here.

What about a genetic treeline in the monster's info? There were a few lewd "e'mon" games that did that, didn't always work; they got abandoned pretty quick though, so no idea how hard that was to code & implement...

If genetics are a future/possible factor, does that mean there'll be unique mon's/mon-types only available from cross-breedng scouts/mons?
EX: Having a GrandSire/Sire being fire type, makes a monster partialy fire or/and resistant to fire? ETC.

At least Dev isn't mocking us over preferences, like the BoN Dev.

At least i'm not trying to be an absolute asshole and bitch at the Dev he MUST implement MY interests. Fetishes/Kinks, setting and so on. I only said i don't want Males. Don't want doesn't mean "You mustn't". There's a clear difference in my choice of words. That is why i'm trying to be extremely picky about what i say and do, so that i am not misunderstood. But it seems people forces them to misunderstand me, on purpose or not. Annoying.

But i will respect the Dev's decision. But that also means i'm jumping ship. Just to make it clear. I'll wish the Dev good luck and hope he finds his Customer base, if i am not in it. Again. I'm not some complete asshole. I have some doubt the Dev is unclear about the Game Definition of what Protag Options there are, if any of the Pictures of the Scouts is anything to go by. I am liking his approach to the Scouts to, making them specifically unique in design.

Aye. Mocking us cause we got some tastes. That also goes for other people, whether you are paying Customer or not. Just distance yourself from people like that or bully them, cause they deserve one or both.

Game over setting isn't even finished I am currently overhauling it since you are supposed to lose scouts as lives and they permanently become broodmares in a monster stable. I might do Shiny variants, wouldn't be too hard actually, but it's a FAR future luxury goal.
OH I LIKE THAT IDEA actually, monsters that are bred should keep track of every element they can trace their ancestry back to, and maybe I can spice up the genetic calculus based on that.
Here is what I am thinking atm. zzzTease.png For the first pass of the genetic data, monsters will JUST become better as they are bred more and more, along predictable paths. This is going to be handled by a series of bools (true/valse variables (think as if they are switches since you might not program)). Basically, a sire monster will hand down to its offspring ALL of its triggered genetic advantage variables, and then the birthed monster will check to see if its mother has flipped any new ones. The born monster will be looking to see if, at any point in its ancestry, it has: A scout as an ancestor, a semi-unique (recolor) boss monster as an ancestor, a totally unique legendary monster as an ancestor (spoilers), if IT was just born from a human mother with a matching element type, if it has any unique character you have recruited as an ancestor, and finally it just MIGHT have good genetics. Now, it will also will remember the element of everyone in its ancestry.

After it is born it runs its genetic calculation on itself ONCE (also controlled by a bool), and for each bool that is true adds a bit of stats bonuses for each genetic trait that is true. THEN when THIS monster breeds, if it has good genetics (determined randomly), it will always sire monsters with good genetics BUT there is a chance it will sire a monster who ALSO has exceptional genetics, who acts similarly and then might sire a monster with PERFECT genetics. The GOOD genetics, EXCEPTIONAL genetics, and PERFECT genetics traits are probably going to be hard to get (poor scouts will have to birth hard) but are the most significant stat bonuses. All that other ancestry shit conveys smaller bonuses.

Basically, all these genetic switches can only be flipped ON. Your gonna have a fucking PROJECT on your hands breeding a totally finished monster with ancestry from basically everyone, and inbreeding is a waste of time. But you'll need to do this since this game allows enemy monster parties to be any size I want.

Now if you'll excuse me, I must go back to all 20 monsters and make sure they keep track of the resource path to their own scene, because I realize I will need that to continue the STABLES coding. Also this is not coming in the STABLES v1 update, in that Scouts will just be sent to the stables to birth, breed and be pregnant with the monster sire that bests them. The resulting monster will certainly be scout bred and possibly element bred, and might have good genetics. I set up the variables early so I can remember what I wanted later and plan for that.

I have thick skin, and my tolerance is exceptional for people I believe are giving me money. But let's all agree not to curse. Peace and love, since humanity is going extinct and the monsters want to drag what's left off to their nests and make them snuggle-wife broodmares.

The world is a post-post apocalypse (ongoing apocalypse?) setting and all of the (human) men are (assumed) dead, after a plague. Women are breeding human daughters by either relying on a dwindling supply of stored sperm, or with monster partners, IF they can get a dose of a rare medicine made with the scares element called GLOW. GLOW is what scouts venture out into the wilderness to collect, and it why they have come to the Gaian crater. The story is dark, but mostly unobtrusive. Also rip men :(. This lore is already hinted at in some of the monster lore bits. As for men being all dead, this is a very bad thing for obvious reasons. It is also bad for a whole bunch of social reasons that the game will actually touch upon. My belief is that a society of all men or all women would go fucking crazy and get weird, and no, not just because people want sex, but because there are positive and negatives to masculine AND feminine energies/traits/psychologies and they need one another to balance out. One sex existing without the other on an individual level can get loopy, on a societal level shit probably goes insane. But this lore will be unobtrusive (soon I will start publishing chapters of my unrelated pokemon written work which is totally not a prequel to the game).

There are going to be male monster-men eventually though? I think I stated that. Also there's already male beast monsters. Like I'm thinking there will be a more humanoid crocodile guy I wanna do, and maybe a cute rabbit-man. There will definitely be a couple androgynous, slightly feminine Cosmic and Spirit types. It's mostly gonna be futa monster-girls. I can add a repellant to the game eventually that mostly dissuades male-monsters from grabbing. I feel I need to say this because I don't want a supporter to feel cheated later.
