Well, immediately from reading the synopsis and the picture tutorials... this isn't a female protagonist game, so that tag should be removed. You're the tentacles restraining the girl, not the girl being restrained.

You hold down the button, release at the right time, fill up the bar, and pick to either ejaculate to lower her bar's progress, make a new tentacle to advance the scenes, slap her to destroy her clothes more, speed up the animation (also increases both you and her speed, so it's slightly more challenging to be on top of it all), or slow it down.
It's short, sweet, and simple. It's not a big game.

I was wondering about that too.
I already started pondering if its possible to have a protagonist that isn´t "you"
For example: There can be multiple protagonists when you read certain books!
But for me in this forum I always thought female protagonist must be the player
