Technically, they have a Patreon page created in tandem with their FNAF parody. It hasn't been extended to this game yet, but since this just released, I wouldn't be surprised to see it be added. Not interested in commenting on whether this is stealing or not, but thought you might wanna know this.
O well that is different then :S

Okay, and keyword is "yet."
I'll play devil's advocate and give them a chance, as they have stated to not be trying to steal or claim to own the materials used here (which would mean they cannot be monetized.) So unless they start making money off of this title, they did nothing wrong.
So as it is now, this is a type of parody "games" that you can find everywhere in Newgrounds since forever ago. The earliest shits on there have been cutting up hentai episodes into flash games. And they were the norms. And what about all those real-porn HTML works? It's literally the same thing where various clips and images are spliced together.
And are we supposed to bitch about the legality and morality of using a retired creator work when this place is the literal den of pirates in which we avoid paying for games, with a page dedicated to cataloguing all of G_B's works?

Yeaaaaahhhh, and us pirate hate thiefs. :)
There's quite a bit of difference with someone stealing another man's work for their own benefit, though. It's not even hidden, it brazen and shameless, most likely uncredited, and unaltered. It's even lazier than people making quite RPG Maker games full of adult artwork downloaded out of random websites and mashed together, since that technically demands some amount of work...

Unfortunately, the FNAF parody also has the same spiel about not intending to steal and whatnot, but it's monetized. Of course, if you want to judge them on a case-by-case basis, I don't think that's wrong, just not how I view it.

Beyond that, you're right about the early Newgrounds stuff, but I'd argue that's the level of quality that was achievable at the time. As it currently stands, I don't think this meets the bar of current capabilities. It doesn't meet what I think today's norms are (or at least, I think today's norms should not be so low).
And what about all those real-porn HTML works? It's literally the same thing where various clips and images are spliced together.
As for the HTML games, yeah, you're right that most of the real porn stuff is also low quality, but I never said they weren't. If I see a low effort game in general, I fuck off and find a different one. However, I think the reason why they don't receive as much backlash is because those games have an easier time re-contextualizing the clips they use. A clip of Riley Reid fucking someone on a couch can be used in a multitude of ways depending on how the game frames it. However, using that same clip in a game about having sex with a parody of Riley Reid is gonna be jarring because it's nearly identical to just watching the porno. Fundamentally, the clips of Melina could be reframed into a game as well, but here it isn't. Doesn't make it any less lazy, but it's less blatant. Take that for what you will.

Finally, about the GB stuff, again, I'm not interested in those conversations because frankly they don't matter to me. The stuff surrounding his departure doesn't matter here because we're supposed to be focused on the game. And the game (in its current state) is shit. Uploaders are here to upload games, but users have the capability of ignoring or calling out a game if it sucks. Choosing to support lazy creators sets the bar for the quality of games we'll see in the future.

But I'm just a guy having social discourse over a porn game, so maybe I'm the goofball.

You see, "games" imply there's something to play. "Games" means there's supposed to be gameplay, however shitty it might be. A straight up video potentially hidden behind some "go to next scene" buttons isn't a game...

I don't know which one is true but the doxxing seems the most plausible if you read the posts, some people just need to die honestly.
I don't know if there is another artist like him.

As much as I love Elden Ring. I cannot play this game. I would never ever look the same at ER. I prefer staying Maidenless for this one.

Oh I do agree this is the bottom of the barrel junk by today standards. And I didn't really try to bring GB's retirement into this, and only using him as the example. I suppose what I am trying to say is that people getting mad over the specific reason of someone using stolen material to make a shitty 2010 flash game is just... kinda silly considering where we are.

This is something we should just shrug and move on, and if anyone dumb enough to pay for this then let them. I planned to do just that, and the only reason I even commented was because a bunch of people instantly start saying how terrible it is that he steal from other creators.
