i have problem when i go to brad's room .. only black screen

If u enter Brad's Room the screen goes black. You can move and exit the room but the screen stays black.
Secound day in the library game freezes as the Headmaster tells you to stand next to him

same issue here, quest states you have to go into work but the above prevents it
