Found a bug... feature? Ball literally stopped and I'm now generating scores without doing anything. Jiggling the boobs does nothing.

The other ones are for unlocking additional stripping/tattoos and extra-balls.
The final one (only in version 2) is for getting the girls naked automatically, when appearing.
The first 3 for the pink and blue girl are activated by pressing the corresponding number next to the item once you are in the pinball mode. So, 1, 2, and 3 activate the pink girl's items. 4, 5, and 6 activate the blue girl's items.

You can farm your score with Blue if you get the ball stuck between her tits in the secondary part. It can slowly generate passively as her tits' hitbox moves on its own but you can farm it faster by bouncing them slowly.
Another thing I've found is that if you collect enough coins and buy Red's tit groping scene, use an autoclicker for it and you can farm coins like that.

If the latest version is here, you have you buy the feature before you can use it. IIRC it's 50,000 coins.
