The steam release (at least in the OP) only has chapter one. You'll need to get Chapter two separately. Verified by extracting the assets with Unrenpy.

This game tries to use 2D assets like a regular 3D games, rendering each scene 1 by 1 instead of using sprites + background 90% of the time.

The result is amazing but that's a huge amount of work.

Also what's the difference between the Steam and non steam Chapter 1 release? Would appreciate if anyone can clarify.

I would presume Ch 1/2 are separate due to download links being split, but just wanted to check.
