I tried the game today and it's badly bugged. My latest save brings me to a spot where characters start talking bs. Going back to an earlier save and skipping leads to paths that normal play doesn't go in. Guess this needs a couple of patches more to become playable.

There is a problem where in 18+ version some normal arts are not showing it has nothing to do with skiping. Just tried steam version and found some images which won't show in the 18+ version, that's why dialogue is so far behind, because it thinks there is an image showing but game skips it and follows with just poses etc after that.
Edit: Nvm it's most likely that when you load save it thinks its from a steam version so it plays wrong dialogues.

Yeah game always starts in steam version even if it says it's 18+, you will have to switch it everytime you start the game. That should fix problems with saves.

My folders look just like your screenshots but I'm also missing pictures from the 18+ version and when I got to the part of the game that uses them I just get a black screen and text. Also in the Extras menu where I can view old scenes there are at least 3 scenes that show an empty screen. I guess either the patching went wrong or the patch you have is bad.

1- Extract to desired location.
2- Click on "nw.exe" to start playing.
3 - The "Elisa.exe" is not patched - using this will crash the game!!!
Just making sure you remember to use "nw.exe" to start playing.
