Unfortunately, I also encountered a few bugs on the 18+ version.
Did the whole steam version without problem, but for some reason, dialogues and images are out of sync after day 2 on the 18+

Unlike OP's version, you launch the game directly with the Elisa.exe file. Sometimes an error message pops out, but the game still runs afterwards so I don't think this should be a problem.

Managed to do a full run on the 18+ version without any bug, so I hope this will also work for you guys
