Right click the .exe file and go to properties, click on change DPI settings, and tick on override high DPI scaling behavior, then change it to system.
This solved the problem for me.

If you don't know what Game CG is, they are the rendered DAZ/HS2 images that are overlayed above the game. In other words, the porn part of the game extracted out of it and they're simple PNG or JPG images for you to enjoy.

None. This is not your traditional game; the dev makes shit point and click shovelware and there is no choice or routes. It's just one image after another.

There is no sex with the MC for that matter either.
