nope, after the date with paris, MC can still continue the path with twin if you have certain skill.
Even in this ep 4 update, the twin path is not closed yet if you choose the hug.
I think people think too deep in the situation like real life event, but the game is not. The perspective of some characters may not always remain unchanged, you just need to see how Dev connect all the dot to form a super haremXD.
Seeing all this talk about the twins wanting exclusivity in the latest update, did the game suddenly stop being a harem?

I don't think that perk (or many of them for that matter) will have long-lasting effects, just momentary ones. Honestly for me it'll always be cuddles > blowjob, so I'm not even mad that I have to choose like that. Of course I'd fooled around before because the game sort of 'pushes' you to do so and that's so far the best way to play, at least for me, but I'm cool with no BJ if the alternative is cuddling, that's even better.
