What I am interested in is how will the developer make players start the Lis path during the middle of story.
Taking the twins for example, you need to have ripper in order to start their path in ch2, then you can continue to build the relationship formally in ch4.
However, as different people have different personal interests in different skills, the choosen order will not be the same and it may not meet the requirement when starting the relationship. It would be sucks to go back to all previous chapters just to make a start for a relationship and the skill system would become pointless if the order of skill choosen is fixed.

If NG+ came out, the only recommendation with the current information would be to cheat from the start.

There's no incentive not to cheat. Why wouldn't I want to max out my stats when it doesn't prevent me from seeing new scenes?

The skills are an interesting idea, but it really needs some work beyond "would you like to see this scene?".

In this particular one it could make sense, right now without cheating I don't think you can experience everything in the early chapters and we still don't know if later on we will be able to reenter missed routes with girls or we are done.

I agree, just take for example the fact that if you focus on the twins you alienate the teachers.
