Yeah, pretty much. It would not equal a romantic relationship but the game would need to account for the twins' potential cravings somehow, if the trait description is to be believed. Whether the MC would then be able to parlay that into some form of regular relationship would remain to be seen (and is perhaps doubtful).

I don't really know how strings and coding works in this game (or in these games in general), but it is my belief (and hope) that pregnancy will indeed play a role later on, and even being a focus. It's a fair point. But I'd still like the opportunity to tell them why. Because, as a player, I know for a fact that there's an alternative between fuckboi and solo-romance: harem romance. And as you say, we're likely to be able to pursue that path eventually. The dialogue option could be something "I'd like us to be serious, but there are other girls I can't let down. I understand if that's not good enough for you now." And then have no bj, but have that route lead to a future relationship, without having to lie.
