Latest game patch needed to replace script.rpy and the scrappy mod contains a modified version of that, so there is an incompatibility. I only noticed an issue at the double date at the end of episode 3. Whenever the character Kat is brought up, it generates an error, which can be skipped, but about half the dialogues include the reference, so it's just... it's rough.

So it seems to me that with the fix out and problems with the mod the best way to proceed is to let the VN be for now until the next update when Scrappy hopefully incorporates a fix for the incompatibility.

If yes, than have enough love/lust with the cheerleaders, flirting with them etc, say 'yes' when Chelsea wants you to go to the bathroom.
As for Ella, you need to have the bj competition with Lydia/Chelsea/Ella in ep 1, in ep2 Lydia will text you and invite you over, do that. While banging Lydia tell Ella to stay and watch, after banging Lydia go talk to Ella, choose 2 times the option to make her jealous, than she agrees to a date.

I mean, you basically have to cheat to get the perk at this early stage, so it was likely being put into place as a "New Game + " thing or something if that was planned. At some point you can ask Chelsea out for a date during a text message convo. She asks to make it a double date with her friend Kat the cheer captain. Instead of just agreeing, "suggest alternative". During the date be complimentary and inclusive of everyone, ask Kat to stay, and be flirty while chatting with her. Also be sure to whip your dick out at the top of the hour.

I can't think if there's a "this has benefits later" reason, but in general the mod is telling you what the modder would do, which isn't always the same as you would do.
Personally, I always avoid these type of mods when using mods at all - I prefer URM and the universal choice descriptor which tell you what points etc. you get for different choices, leaving you to pick which suits you best, rather than hiding that and saying "pick this one" or "don't pick this one" with no explanation.
