I think you can buy it by using skill pointsI did look at that but have no idea how/what I need to 'purchase' them. the prices was greyed out and I've not seen any ingame money. If it's real money then I have no interest in paying for something,
Ugh. I would rather skip it, but there's a tournament coming up in the story, and I have to win that. Guess I need to start my playthrough again.Yes you can

I am still not sure how worth it is to buy them, for now I think it's better to use on skill upgrades, so far just by winning normal battles I have gotten good enough cards.Ugh. It's probably not worth it in a normal playthrough, but I'm cheating to unlock all but the Dark Perks, so I have points to spare.I am still not sure how worth it is to buy them, for now I think it's better to use on skill upgrades, so far just by winning normal battles I have gotten good enough cards.
That's the thing: when you win a match, you get what the game calls "Battle Points", and when you go to buy the cards the game checks if you have enough Battle Points, but when you actually buy the card it takes away your Skill Points instead.I think you can buy it by using skill points
In one of the patch notes, it says Battle Points and skill points have been merged. Haven't tested it out myself, though. That's the thing: when you win a match, you get what the game calls "Battle Points", and when you go to buy the cards the game checks if you have enough Battle Points, but when you actually buy the card it takes away your Skill Points instead.
Obviously a bug.
But in my mod I just got rid of battle points altogether: even in "Normal mode", winning card games gets you skill points (so you have more of a reason to play the game), and you buy the cards using skill points.
Interesting, hadn't seen that, good that the dev and I had the same idea, means they won't do something in another update that completely breaks what I did (in this case at least)In one of the patch notes, it says Battle Points and skill points have been merged. If there are going to be mini-games (I prefer there weren't, but to each their own), then the mechanics really need to be fully contained in-game.Yes you can

Yeah, most of us hate minigames. If there are going to be mini-games (I prefer there weren't, but to each their own), then the mechanics really need to be fully contained in-game.
I think it's the lighting, but she kinda looks like she's from a much older game here.
