Here's what you need to do.
Go to the directory where you run the game from. You'll see a folder there called "game." Open that.
In the game directory there's a file called script_version.txt rename that to script_version2.txt
Launch the game and start Finding Miranda.
Hit SHIFT+o on your keyboard.
You'll see a gray screen with various words on it and a ">" prompt at the bottom.
Type this in and then hit enter:
persistent.fm_sexy=True
(The capitalization on the "True" matters.)
Hit ESC and check the achievements. The last one should be set now.
You can rename the script_version.txt file back if you want to, but it doesn't really matter.

If you just want to see the bonus scene, you should be good to go. IF you want to figure out what went wrong, then follow the same instructions, but rather than typing persistent.fm_sexy=True type the following 11 lines.

Oh my God I just understood while checking these lines that I did not see the sex scene after crossroad date. I now remembered that in first playtrough I wasn't paying attention to the points I just was playing enjoying the story and I didn't have enough points the first time and then when I played other times I chose different dates and never played with enough point trough that crossroad date again. I am sorry I bothered you with this, but thank you again for your help.
