Not yet. The MC's mom would be the potential, but nothing sexual has happened so far beyond the MC seeing her nude briefly.
Simply put, there's nothing interesting. One of the most overrated/overhyped game/thread of F95. I never understood all the pplz defending this game like it was the hit of the year. It's simply not. Scarce updates, poor content, slow progression.

Well, some of us enjoy the story itself and the world created. I know there's almost nothing lewd, especially in comparison to other games on this site. I don't care about that: I care about the characterizations and the story. So I disagree completely with your assessment of the game. If you're only talking about lewd content, you have a point. I will never understand all the people who cling like a barnacle to a game they dislike. If this has "nothing interesting", "poor content", and "slow progression", why are you still following this thread? Just unwatch and move on.

I am not sure where you are seeing that this game is overhyped. It is not hyped at all. It was never a hit of any year. AN underrated gem, more like. Which is the opposite of overhyped and overrated.
You could also just say that you personally don't like it, and give some sort of reason, rather than focus on whether other people like it or not. I think most of the "top" games on F95 are overrated, by a lot (Being a Dik (lately), Freshwomen, WVM, or Radiant anyone?), but I have my own tastes which don't seem to overlap with the majority. I care more about an interesting overarching story, with some mystery, and unque characters, rather than the bland MC, and collect all you want LIs, seen in most games here. Something like Elvensang is a breath of fresh air compared to most games here.
I think those of us that are fans thought it was quite good and had a lot of potential. There are very few decent hand-drawn art games around here. The only other good other one I can think of is Pact with A Witch, which has unfortunately also stalled story-wise in the last couple of years.
Of course, over a year of no updates, and no meaningful communication by the dev of future game images or story progression, certainly will dampen the enthusiasm of any fan. Nobody can say the future, of course, and I would love it if the dev restarts his work, but let's just say I am not holding my breath.

I naively believe that this game would be awesome at first. I follow hundreds of games here and naturally I dropped here to see what's up when Metia_99 bumped the thread. I almost forgot about it's existence. It is overrated. So many pplz talk about hidden gems, but it is not. It's handrawn and got nice graphics, I'll give you that, but hidden gem ? No. If you want good writing with a good erotic story and fresh air, there's no better source than a book. Erotic novels with solid writing will always outsmart the supposedly good-written porn games.
What's the purpose of the members of this site ? Have a fap with Porn games and light chat. I'm not an hypocrite and I'm here for this very reason. I always find it funny when I see people saying they play a game just for the writing (Summer's Gone is a perfect example), but can't even buy and read a book. If I want fresh air with solid writing, F95 wouldn't be my choice, unless a well-known writer decides to launch an adult game.
Now, don't take this answer as an attack. You don't have to agree with me. Btw, no need to reply back, because my presence here is disturbing the other guy I also quoted.

For something to be overrated, it has to be highly rated by F95 users. Elvansang is an almost invisible game here compared to 50 or so highly popular and discussed games, a few of which I mentioned.
I stand by my evaluation that Elvensang is a hidden gem to me and its fans. It is hidden in that is is sorely underappreciated compared to many, many, cookie cutter games here. And it is a gem, to me and its fans, because it has a unique and appealing hand-drawn art, a realistic and imperfect MC, the other characters are drawn and written realistically. Unlike most AVNs that have only a male MC, no other male characters at all, and a fleet of all female characters, with no other life other than their relation with the MC, Elvansang has male and female townspeople, bar owners, other farmers, soldiers, none of which are LIs, and looks like a whole fleshed out world, rather than just a male fantasy consisting of with a parade of beautiful women vying for the MC's eye. It still has several appealing current and potential LIs to keep the players interested, and it has the beginnings of quite an interesting story about elves, their different factions, and their current and past place in the world, that as a player I look forward to finding more about.
I wish there were more games that are story-first, where the sexy relationships come more naturally, as seen here.
I am not sure why you would assume that you are the only one here that reads books and erotic stories. Yes, there is a lot of great writing on Literotica and StoriesOnline, and I encourage anyone who wants a good story to

It would be like saying we should not criticize a movie's plot and value another movie that has a good story because books exist.That is you, not me. And from many discussions with long-time F95 users here in the forums, not many users of this site. Sure, there are always a vocal minority that complain if there aren't loads of sex scenes from the first update, but if you read the forums here, that is not the majority view. And even if it is, so what? Should I base my opinions on the majority if they are shallow and can't appriciate an intricate well-plotted story and good writing?
If I want sexy images and video with no plot or story, there are endless porn sites available. The point of adult visual novels, is the "adult" meaning it has sexual content, "visual" meaning it is made up of images and sometimes animations, and "novel", meaning story and writing.

Dev must be having issues, better to forget regarding getting update.
Some might just mock me for saying this, but the thing is the story had a lot of potential and was just in the starting phase almost like 10% of story progressed till the last update.
This had the scope of having a long meaningful story rather than the generic son/ stupid college dude-mother-sister-loly-incest ones.
But with the pace the dev is moving/ has moved till now, even if he's able to release a single big update every 2 years, it'll take him another minimum 10 years to complete the story properly or else he'll either end the story prematurely one way or the another.
So yeah, as of now it'll be only meaningful to think this as an abandoned project. Mock all you nothing is going to change the reality, as even if the update is released, it won't make it till the end progressively, and I don't think he'll ever invest such a long time to this project.
So yeah, it was good and unique, till it lasted.

I guess he might be solely focusing on working and real life issues if hes not updating the socials and patreon, though i would still believe he hasn't abandoned the game fully. More so he is just not giving the update in smaller chunks resulting his lack of posting.
