Worlaix, it's so good to see the result of your work again. Games like Elvensang are the reason I became a member. Art keeps getting better, the story remains complex and well thought-out, and the pace is slow without becoming boring. Games offering cheap thrills can be nice but a good story and good characters will always be better, and yours are top tier.
Yes, we've all had to wait, but as others have pointed out already, times are hard and devs aren't machines. Keep up the good work!

Might I suggest not talking about politics on this thread... or any other thread on this site.
It's often a big difference when someone is doing things like this out of passion(ie no money) versus being paid to do something. My point is you have to start somewhere and build your way up, you're not magically going to start at the top. I've seen some fantastic art/writing for people who get no money whatsoever because they just love doing what they're doing, then of course there's the opposite where there is no soul in the work. They're just clocking in, drip feed your supporters to make sure you have content for months, if not years down the road. Anyways I'm not saying everyone does the latter but that's what I would do. There is no way I'd release content when it's done, I'd really spread it thin. Just being honest.
Anyways I really like the art in this vn! It's quite "unique" the only real nitpick I have are the quite large boobs but it's no big deal, that's what people want to see.

Good shit as always. I generally cringe at "mommy" styled incest developments, preferring more maledom flavored progression with power reversal, but Elvensang's good boy and nurturing mommy thing is quite satisfying to read through lol. I guess the difference is the fleshed out characters and plot, which makes these interactions genuine rather than porny.
Worlaix Btw, I think i spotted a bug. When drinking wine with mom, the condition for the choice to 'reminisce about MC wanting to marry mommy when he was a child' is backwards I think.

Just have several questions about this story,
1) there will not be any NTR - correct?
2) will there be a harem path?
3) Good story - like the direction it is taking, will there be a WT for it as I'm guessing that it will be easy to screw up some choices

Worlaix, what a heartwarming, wonderful story you write. I mean it's not all heartwarming all the time, but, you know what I mean. It is very touching and painful at the same time. The story tells of mankind around the world, you only use Elven's here, so as to protect the easily offended. I won't get on my soapbox, even though this story screams for me to do so. I am so hoping that Doriel gets to bang his mom in the next version, she wants it and so does he. He's just now realizing it. I'm pulling for Sunny to win his heart if a choice has to be made. I have a soft spot for redhead cuties with hot bodies. But, I am also hoping that the boy get to bang all these hot women, Becky, Trisha, Amaya, and Kara (I hope I didn't leave anybody out), and even gets a chance to create a harem. With mom and Sunny on top of the food chain, of course. The best of luck with your game/story, keep up the excellent work.
I normally love NTR games, but, if you decide not to have it in this game, I would be okay with that. I have already grown attached to all these women. Their stories have captured my heartstrings. I never thought I would ever say that, ever.

I agree with what you said in the first paragraph, however hate NTR so have to say I hope it does not wield it's ugly head in this story. I also have a soft spot for redheads and would hope to have Sunny as his number one

Episode 6 Works - Progress Update #1
Hey everyone,
just to give a general update on episode 6 development direction, here's a little summary of how things will go.
Episode 5 was just a half of what I initially planned, which means that its "second half" will be coming in the form of episode 6. It's important to note that Episode 5 wasn't exactly all that "short" at 43k or so words (when 16 months development time is ignored anyway). Moving forward, I want to be more deliberate with episode length; and that brings us to the progress on episode 6.
I would say that the script outline is 90% finished. I shuffled some things around when I decided to make the split, so I had to make up for that with some adjustments. One thing I should mention is that there was a certain poll about a character scene; and rest assured that the winner has not been forgotten, and the scene will show up in episode 6.
Polls are quite fun, so I'd like to do them more often as well, mainly regarding stuff that I'm indecisive about. I want to work a bit on drawing clothes, so I will probably design some sketches for a new Sunny outfit and then have a vote about which one you like the most.
Outside of the main works on episode 6, a full Kara sprite rework is planned for the episode. As you may have noticed, her sprite is a bit shit and does not match how robust she is in unique scenes. I had decided to make Kara a bit burlier as mentioned in another post a long time ago, so I need to make sure her sprite reflects that. Some other less exciting sprite reworks are going to be for Rodrick, Wilbur and Clod, and young Sunny, too. They are desperately needed because the sprites are really bad - and redrawing them all will be like a single day's work, anyway.
Lastly, the GALLERY feature. We will be seeing more and more juicy scenes, and so having a gallery feature is becoming a necessity. Nothing sophisticated there; review erotic scenes from the past (and MAYBE get a hint about scenes that haven't been unlocked yet).
Anyway, that's it for now. I am helping someone move over the next few days, but I will try to think of something more visually exciting for progress updates moving forward.

Finished Ep 5 last night. Continued the really strong story and character writing this game is known for. Art has also improved dramatically. Overall very satisfied.
My only significant criticism is that the codex needs an update. Several entries feel like they are placeholders that need to be fleshed out (Sir Grunvald is the one I remember off the top of my head) and there is one major elf that seems to be missing (unfortunately, I cannot remember which one).
Might be nice if it had a search function, or was at least consistent about alphabetical order.
